Very comforting and relaxing

Positive: I didn’t end up staying. What I saw on the website was completely different from the actual place. The photos were very misleading. There was no parking space as advertised, and the overall condition was far below expectations. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend itI booked this accommodation for my graduation ceremony in Birmingham, expecting it to be as shown on the website—but it was nothing like the pictures. There was no parking space as advertised, and the place was in poor condition. I couldn’t stay there and had to go stay with a friend, along with the guests I invited for my graduation. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Negative: Honestly, there wasn’t anything I liked. The place didn’t match the photos, there was no parking space, and I couldn’t even stay there. It was a big letdown, especially during such an important time like my graduation.

Pessima esperienza da denuncia Positive: Totalmente uno schifo, non si possono usare altre parole per descrivere un alloggio simile. Sporco malconcio , lenzuola già usate, il bagno non era in camera ma ad uso comune. Not as advertised! Very disappointing! Positive: Comfortable bed Negative: Paid for a private bathroom that I was not private as others were using it and it was in the entrance porch of the house not attached to the room! No curtains by the bed. No wardrobe or bedside lamp. The kitchen fridge was full of outdated items some out of date since July 2024!! The area where the house is is very poor and feels not very safe at night. Noone to contact during your stay. Only computer generated messages! Very disappointed visit
