Delight Twin Room in City Centre

Scale terribili posto da andare solo se siete certi di occupare tutte e 4 le stanze Positive: Poco o niente camere poco curate e bagno condiviso Negative: I gestori non presente e se avevi un problema, nella mia camera non funzionava il riscaldamento, non ti rispondevano

I have never stayed in such poorly kept accommodation before. It was disgusting. Positive: Comfy bed. That's it. Negative: • Exposed wires just taped up where wall lights used to be • Poorly fitted plug sockets • Broken drawer units • An unlockable back door to the garden from bedroom 1 • A broken oven and hob unit • No mugs, barely any crockery • Leftover food in the fridge and cupboards • A lingering smell of someone having smoked in bedroom 2 • An old mattress up against the wall in bedroom 2 • Peeling paper, bare/plastered walls, broken doors • Rubbish in the garden, just outside the door in bedroom 1 • No shower rail or hook to hold the shower head up • Cracked tiling/exposed walls in the bathroom • Cockroaches in the kitchen!! I will be asking for compensation!

Not a good place to stay for a long period. Positive: I like the kitchen. Property was easy to locate Everything was provided. Negative: The photos on booking.com did not match the room we booked. We booked a big room with 2 separate beds but was told that it was under maintenance and they gave us a small room🥹. There was no WiFi making it very difficult for us. We were only offered one small towel. The toilet door can’t be locked. There was no convenient shop nearby.
