Delight Room in City Centre

Terrible Positive: Nothing not what was advertised Negative: The room, the shower. Would never go back. Not worth the money would rather sleep in my car

AVOID !!! Not a safe place to STAY Negative: This is not a safe place to stay. During the night, people around the property were openly using illegal drugs, which made the environment feel threatening and uncomfortable. I did not feel safe at all. The staff and property owner behaved very poorly. They took five days’ worth of my payment and promised multiple times that it would be refunded. That refund never happened. Instead, every day I was given a different excuse and a new story. There is no one physically present at the property if you need help. No reception, no support. The property is managed remotely, which makes the situation even worse when there is a serious issue. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this property if they care about safety, honesty, and basic customer support.
