Central Spacious Room in Brum

Positive: Tutto. La camera, l'arredamento, la pulizia, il letto confortevole, il bagon, i servizi come la cucina con tutto che hai bisogno. La camera, il bagno e la cucina sono ben illuminate, grande finestre. Negative: Niente, un soggiorno perfetto.

I was disappointed with their delayed communication and unapologetic attitude. Would NOT recommend! Negative: The door codes to access the flat did not work, and the contact number shared did not pick up when I tried calling (twice). I had to get another place to stay late in the night. When politely asked for a refund as I ended up not using the flat, they accused me of not following instructions carefully and proceeded to go silent. It was quite distressing for a lone traveller new to the city.

Scary Negative: As a solo female this was a horrible experience, firstly as I arrived people were doing drugs, the code for the door didn’t work and I was waiting outside for about 15 minutes, some young man who lived nearby tried to help and said this happens all the time. once I got in the door to the room was locked and someone from inside (who he was I have no idea as he didn’t introduce himself or his relation to the property) had to find a key which took a while, he then instructed me to make sure the door was locked at all times, the walls were paper thin and I could hear the other guests, it was dirty, the bathroom which is shared was disgusting, and another guest was constantly in and out every 10 minutes or so. the pics are not similar to what was advertised and there was a strange smell. I just got a terrible vibe from the place and ended up having a panic attack and decided I had to leave immediately in an unfamiliar city, so ended up paying an extortionate amount for a last minute hotel booking. I’ve stayed at a lot of different places in a lot of different locations as a solo female and I’ve never felt so unsafe. The uber I got to leave told me I’d done the right thing and he wouldn’t have stayed there either. I know it’s non refundable but I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay for something not properly advertised. I do not recommend this place for any women travelling or those with children.
