Elegant Solo Room by City Centre

Just about bare able Positive: Friendly owners Negative: Advertising washing machine. It was broke and had been for some time. Bed was very unstable, oven not working kettle leaked coffee maker broke, curtain rail falling down one end , blinds didn’t properly open and close. Other tenants never cleaned the shared kitchen and took our milk . Very noisy above my room . Towels smelt of dogs could use them luckily I had my own. No bidet as advertised just a shower on the floor . Other than that it was ok. Does not warrant the name majestic just bog standard

Beautiful place Positive: Its a nice place The environment is cool The staffs are very kind I also enjoyed the fact that I had access to kitchen I came with packs of food and I was able to warm and eat ..all together it was a lovely stay Negative: My room was on the 2nd floor If I was informed earlier I would have saved my strength..it was very challenging to drag my bags upstairs

A decent room and a nice venue and location, a couple of things did let it down sadly. Positive: The couch in the room was superb. Very comfortable and immaculate. The room was comfortable, well made up and clean. Negative: Getting into the property was difficult. I was sent four emails regarding the reservation and only one of them seemed to contain the keybox code. The youtube video, while certainly a good idea, wasn't entirely clear on where the location of the keybox was. The biggest problem by a country mile was the fact the skylight in the room had no blind and there was no obvious way of shutting the light out, meaning I was woken up at 8am on both days. This needs to be fixed please.

Positive: A konyhában volt néhány eszköz: lábasok, felszerelések alapvető főzéshez. Olvastam korábbi hozzászólásokat, hogy szemetes a környék. Ez igaz, de erről nem a szállás tehet. Amerre jártam Birminghamben és az agglomerációban, mindenütt hasonlót tapasztaltam. Igazából a szállás környéki 1-2 utca még nagyon is rendben volt. A közeli (600 m - 400 mi - 8 min) Dixie Chicken Newtown pedig akár éjjel 3-ig is látogatható, ha éhesen érsz oda. Negative: Kissé szegényes a szobafelszereltség, valami ruhatároló nem jönne rosszul, mert az íróasztal melletti polcos valami nem túl sok. Akármilyen óvatosan mentem le a 3. szintről a 2. szinten lévő fürdőszobába, vagy a fsz-i konyhába, mindig nyikorgott a lépcső, akárhogy vigyáztam, hogy másokat ne zavarjak. Ez gondolom minden hasonló típusú angol ház hibája.

Nel complesso soddisfatto. Positive: Appartamento caldo ( e fuori faceva davvero freddo), ben arredato. Vicinissimo allo stadio Villa Park, non lontano dal centro comunque a cinque minuti via taxi o via bus dalla stazione ferroviaria di New Street. Fermata bus vicina. L'Host risponde immediatamente alle mail e sembra molto gentile. Qualità/prezzo ottima. Negative: Il bagno piccolo posto al piano terra è sprovvisto di doccia ed il lavandino è troppo piccolo. Al momento della prenotazione, non si comprende che i due bagni sono in condivisione con gli altri inquilini.
